We originally thought we wanted a 55 + Community and met with Jacklyn to look at Pelican Preserve in Fort Myers.  We loved the amenities, but my husband tried the Golf Course and really wanted to have two 18-hole courses.  Once he mentioned that to Jacklyn, she scheduled a tour of the Verandah Community and even got us on the course to try it out.  Once we played, we knew Verandah was going to be our Community.  I’ve worked with many agents over my life and what stands out to us is Jackie’s ability to listen to our feedback and instantly find a solution.  We still see her often when she is showing homes in Verandah, give her a call!

We recently signed a contract to build a home in Pelican Preserve. This is the third home we have built in Florida in the past 12 years.  The first was with Pulte Del Webb, the second with Avatar- AV Homes (Solivita) and now with WCI- Lennar.  By far, our best experience has been with WCI- Lennar.  Of course Pelican Preserve in Ft. Myers is a great location.  But the primary reason for our satisfaction was Jacklyn Rogers.  She was honest, accurate, prompt and delightful.  She answered all our questions promptly and honestly- even when we wished for other answers.  She provided every piece of information we asked for.  She was by far the best salesperson- representative we have ever worked with.  Jacklyn is a strong asset to any Company!

I want to absolutely thank Jacklyn for her hard core negotiation skills, it made the difference in finding our dream Coach home.  I want to give the highest recommendation for her, she deserves it!  We looked at several Gated Communities we picked out and then Jackie said lets take a look at Arborwood Preserve because you want a larger garage.  She nailed it!  We fell in Love with  Arborwood and got an amazing deal on Brandywine plan!

Jackie helped with my home purchase and was available when I needed her help.  It was a very big undertaking for me and she was right there when things got bogged down during the process.  You are the best!

Jackie is a beautiful person and we couldn’t have built our home in Pelican Preserve without her.  We have enjoyed our active adult community and even got up and danced at the concert recently.  I’m attending regular actives at the Gym and indoor pool for water aerobics.  Thanks Jackie!

We purchased an existing Kolter model home at Verandah in Fort Myers.  Jackie was instrumental in negotiating a great deal on the home.  She and Ruby then managed the “away” stuff for us to get set which was invaluable since we are out of state owners.
